Our Mission is to be a primary resource for boys and girls, ages 3-18, by providing positive
solutions and support through the sponsorship of educational & humanitarian  programs and
events with special emphasis on youth from disadvantaged circumstances.

Hello, my name is JaiDel Ervin.  I am 8 years old, I'm in the 3rd grade and I weigh 258lbs.  
During the summer of 2010 I played baseball for the first time in the KCK RBI program.  It
was awesome.  On fathers day the Kansas City Star wrote a story on the baseball program and
my picture was in the paper.  My teacher gave me a copy so I could take it home and show my
mom and dad.  My classmates treated me like a celebrity and it felt good to have some new
friends for at least a day.  My coach told my mom about Dexter Pittman and his weight loss
and what he went through so now he is my new favorite player. I am now a part of the Get Fit
with Big Pitt health initiative and my goal is to try to lose at least 45lbs by baseball next year.
