The Skills Challenge- is a competition among guards. In this contest, participant first
shoots a layup. After dribbling between three obstacles, the player must throw a pass
into a first net that does not touch the ground and followed it with another pass into a
second net that must touch the ground. Then, the player shoots a jump shot from 20-
feet from the basket. Next, the player must throw a long pass from close to the basket
into a third net. Finally, the player will dribble between a second set of three obstacles
and complete the challenge with a layup or shot. When all of these tasks are
completed successfully, the timer is stopped. In the contest, basic ball-handling rules
must be observed.  Each school will be allowed to submit one male and female
participant.

The Three-Point Shootout- In this contest participants attempt to make as many
three-point field goals as possible from five positions behind the three-point arc.
Players begin shooting from one corner of the court, and move from station to station
along the three point arc until they reach the other corner.   At each shooting station is
a rack with five basketballs. Out of the five balls, four are worth one point (the
standard orange Spalding game balls) and the fifth one (a specially colored ball; often
nicknamed the money ball) is worth two points. The goal of this contest is to score as
many points as possible under the one minute mark. The perfect score is 30 points.
Each school will be allowed to submit one male and female participant.

The Shooting Stars Competition- Involves a current male high school player, a
current female high school player and a alumni/faculty player representing their
teams' high school competing together in a shooting competition. The competition
itself is time based, involving shooting from six locations of increasing difficulty and
making all six shots in sequential order.
Shot one is a 10-ft bank shot from the right angle, shot two is a 15-ft bank shot from
the left angle, shot three is a straight on three pointer, shot four is an 18-footer from
the right baseline, shot five is a three pointer from the left side and shot six is a half
court shot. There is a two minute time limit for each attempt and the top two times
advance to a head-to-head final round.  Each individual school will be required to
provide the alumni/faculty player.

The Slam Dunk Contest- Rules will be determined according to the number of
participants.

H–O–R–S–E Competition– An H-O-R-S-E shooting competition will be held between
sponsors and faculty members where each participant takes shots from
unconventional locations and in unconventional ways to diminish their opponents'
chances of duplicating the shot.
No dunking is allowed.
Players have 24 seconds each to create and mimic shots.
